Lovely images! I find candid/documentary shots of people so much more interesting than staged studio shots, although of course in the studio, there is far more control over lighting and more time to compose.
I especially like the young man with the little doggie. It's awesome when you see a macho dude being all tender with a tiny, delicate animal.

Yes, me too. The best shots are those where people are unaware of the camera. Of course, with a huge telephoto lens you can stay "invisible" only in big crowds, where people's attention is attracted by something else.
Unlike Canadians, Brazilian people aren't afraid of camera :)
